The Whatever Card is absolutely FREE to anyone who is a resident of Luzerne County and is between 12 and 18 years of age. With it, you may borrow materials at any of the Luzerne County Library System’s seventeen locations. It also allows you to use the Learn-a-Test and POWER Library databases from your own home computer. If you need help with an assignment, try our Live Homework Help. You can present your Whatever Card at select area businesses to receive a discount.

Getting your Whatever Card is easy. If you already have a yellow Luzerne County Library System Card, take it to any of the member libraries. Your old card will be traded for the new Whatever Card. Click the logo above to go to the Whatever Card website.

Get ready to take the new SAT. The class of 2007 will be the first class to take the new SAT for college admissions.

Use Learning Express Library to take sample tests of the Math and Verbal portions of the SAT. Learning Express Library also offers a virtual guide to preparing for the new SAT.

Get more information about SAT test preparation and the new essay and reasoning sections of the test at CollegeBoard.com.
