June 13 Registration begins for the Summer Reading Club.

2011 HAPL HERITAGE COOKBOOK. Summer Reading Club members and their families are asked to contribute a recipe to our Heritage Cookbook. Bring in a favorite recipe that highlights your ethnic background. Deadline for submission is July 30. Please include your name and the grade you will be entering in the fall. Those entering recipes are invited to bring a sample to share with others on Thursday, August 11 at 2:00 PM. Ask the Children's Department Staff for more information.

June 24 2:00 PM "Rainforest Animals"
Some of the staff of Clyde Peelings' Reptiland will be here to take us on a journey through the tropical rainforest. GRADES 1-8 only. Program length: 45 minutes.
